Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights with respect to your personal data. This Site is operated as a personal hobby bakery in Minnesota and is not affiliated with any commercial entity.

- Payment method selection (Cash or Venmo) — we do not collect any payment account details
Information collected automatically:

We do not use advertising trackers, third-party ad networks, or sell your data to anyone.

- Improve the Site’s functionality
We do not use your information for marketing without your consent, and we do not send unsolicited emails.
3. How We Store Your Information
Your data is stored in a secured database hosted on Neon (PostgreSQL) in the United States. We take reasonable technical precautions to protect your data, including:
- Encrypted connections (TLS) for all data in transit
- AES-256-GCM encryption for personally identifiable information (name and email address) stored at rest
- Access controls limiting who can view your data
However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
4. Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect or store:
- Credit card numbers or payment account credentials

Our hosting infrastructure uses Neon (database) and Vercel (application hosting). Their infrastructure privacy practices apply to data stored and processed on their servers.
6. Cookies & Session Data
This Site uses session cookies to keep you logged in. These are functional cookies only — they are not used for advertising or tracking across other websites. You may disable cookies in your browser, but doing so may prevent you from logging in or completing an order.
